In 2021, Barney's Pumps took further action in enhancing safety measures throughout the company. Every service vehicle is now equipped with a dual-facing, dash cam that includes live streaming and video playback capabilities. The software provides real-time, in-cab alerts, and continuously updates each driver’s safety score. This integrated dash cam technology provides increased safety, protection, and efficiency throughout Barney's Pumps. Safety has become our competitive advantage.

A constant focus on safety ensures our employees never lose sight of its importance. We strive to make it a top priority by celebrating it regularly and ensuring our staff is recognized for their commitment to staying safe. Our Safety Manager at Barney’s Pumps is primarily responsible for the coordination, implementation, and maintenance of the workplace safety program we have in place here at BPI. They are actively involved with employees in establishing and maintaining an effective safety program. He participates in ongoing safety and health program activities such as promoting safety committee participation, providing safety and health education training, and reviewing and updating workplace safety rules.

Safety Celebrations

Celebrating our employees for their remarkable efforts at keeping BPI one of the safest workplaces is important to us. We do so by providing a delicious steak lunch for every employee. Dual-Facing Dash Cam

This newly integrated device captures video of near-misses, allows for revision of collisions, livestreams and videos within minutes of an event. This aids in preventing false claims. Boost driver safety in real-time through optional in-cab coaching in high-risk situations such as tailgating, no seatbelt, and more, helping drivers practice safe driving habits.
