From our 24-hour support line to plant surveys, we ensure that all your needs are met. In addition to these services, we offer field foundation upgrades to repair and improve pump foundations and performance.

Today, Barney's Pumps remains a family-owned company and employs a team of 100+ employees and engineers, with the capability to successfully provide pump solutions, skid packages, control units and customer service to a multitude of industries.

INDUSTRIAL SALES TEAM

Walter Weaver INDUSTRIAL Sales MANAGER \| LAKELAND A business degree graduate from Florida Southern College, Walter has been part of our team since 1982. He covers citrus processing and food related accounts across Central Florida.	Eric Bradner, P.E. INDUSTRIAL TEAM \| LAKELAND Eric holds a bachelor's and master's degree in engineering from the University of Florida and the University of Cincinnati, respectively. Eric has been part of our team since 1996. He works in our phosphate division and oversees theme parks and general industry from Lake County to Charlotte County.	Mike Jurado Industrial Team \| Lakeland Mike joined Barney’s Pumps in 2022. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Polytechnic University and experience with industrial rotating equipment. He supports general industry from Lake County to Charlotte County.	Brian McSwain Industrial Team \| Lakeland Brian joined Barney's in 2026 with over 20 years of experience in the industrial market. A Florida native, Brian studied business at Central Florida. He oversees industrial account sales and support in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Sumter, Citrus and Levy counties.
Kerry Bonilla INDUSTRIAL TEAM \| CORAL SPRINGS Kerry joined the Barney’s Pumps team in 2021. Kerry holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of South Florida and has over eighteen years of experience selling industrial engineered rotating equipment in South Florida.	Kurt Ebbers INDUSTRIAL TEAM \| JACKSONVILLE Kurt attended Louisiana State University to obtain a business degree and joined our team in 2002. He covers general industry in North Florida and Southern Georgia.

MUNICIPAL SALES TEAM

Michael Vizza MUNICIPAL SALES MANAGER \| LAKELAND Michael has been a part of the Barney’s Pumps team since 2005. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from Florida International University. He has an industrial background, and previously covered Barney’s Pumps water and wastewater treatment plants territory along the West Coast of Florida.	Josh Boyd MUNICIPAL TEAM \| LAKELAND Josh oversees collection system and treatment plant sales in Central Florida, covering Lake, Sumter, Marion, Citrus, and Levy County. He joined Barney’s Pumps in 2020 and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Florida State University.	Wade Carreno, PE MUNICIPAL TEAM \| LAKELAND Wade oversees collection systems sales in Central Florida to the East Coast. He joined Barney’s Pumps in 2014 and holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from the University of South Florida.	Matt Curls, P.E. MUNICIPAL TEAM \| LAKELAND Matt holds a bachelors and masters degree in mechanical engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. Matt began handling water and waste water treatment plant sales from Central Florida to the East Coast in 2015.
Brian Fox MUNICIPAL TEAM \| LAKELAND Brian joined Barney’s Pumps in February of 2021 with over 25 years of experience in the Industrial and Municipal marketplace. Brian has a business degree from North Georgia College. He oversees collection system sales for Manatee, Pinellas, Highlands, Hardee and Desoto counties.	Ryan Grymko, PE MUNICIPAL TEAM \| LAKELAND Employed here since 2003, Ryan covers collection system sales in Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Polk counties. He earned a bachelors and masters degree in engineering from Wilkes University and the University of Florida.	Robert Mcguigan MUNICIPAL TEAM \| LAKELAND Robert joined Barney’s Pumps in 2018 with over 20 years of experience in the municipal marketplace, having attended Nazareth College to obtain a business degree. He oversees collection system sales for Sarasota, Charlotte, and Lee counties, as well as in Collier County, where he also has treatment plant sales responsibility.	John Mory MUNICIPAL TEAM \| LAKELAND John joined Barney’s Pumps in November of 2023 with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas and over 25 years of experience in the Municipal and Industrial marketplace. He oversees treatment plant sales for the west coast of Florida from Citrus County to Lee County.
Kevin Perdomo integration sales \| LAKELAND Kevin started at Barney’s Pumps in 1997 with our Unitron Controls® division designing control panels and systems, project management, and technical / electrical support. Kevin gradually moved into Integration Sales representing all things Integration, SCADA and Control Systems. He oversees Integration for all of Florida and the Caribbean.	Michael Braun MUNICIPAL team \| coral springs Since 2016 Michael has covered our water and wastewater treatment plants in Southeast Florida. He graduated from Ohio State University with an engineering degree.	Jim King MUNICIPAL team \| coral springs Jim oversees collection system sales in Palm Beach County and up the Treasure Coast. He has a bachelors and masters degree in mechanical engineering from Alabama and Florida State. He originally started with Barney’s Pumps in 2009.	Will Campbell MUNICIPAL team \| jacksonville Will joined the Barney’s Pumps team in 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Auburn University, and came to us with an industrial sales background. He has experience in water and wastewater, industrial water treatment, and automation. Will covers our collection system customers in Northeast Florida, along with treatment plant and collection systems in Southeast Georgia.
Alex Converse MUNICIPAL TEAM \| JACKSONVILLE Alex oversees treatment plant sales in North Florida, including the Tallahassee and Gainesville areas. He joined Barney’s Pumps in 2025 and holds a degree in aerospace engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He brings experience in water filtration and water management systems.	Jon Daudelin Municipal Team \| Jacksonville Jon joined Barney's in 2026 with more than 20 years of experience in the pump industry. He studied at Georgia Tech and the University of South Carolina and has worked in designer, field service, and sales roles. He oversees collection system sales in St. Johns, Putnam, Flagler, Volusia, and Seminole Counties.	Hal Davis MUNICIPAL team \| jacksonville Hal has been active in pump sales in the Florida market for over twenty years. Hal joined Barney’s Pumps in 2020 as a municipal collections systems salesman to cover Northwestern Florida and the neighboring Southern Georgia counties. He has a bachelors degree in communication from the University of North Florida.
