SERVICE! SERVICE! SERVICE!

You cannot live without it. Barney's Pumps is the factory-authorized, warranty and service center for all of the products we sell. That’s right, ALL OF THEM. Our shops cover more than 20,000 square feet, with overhead lifts capable of lifting 20,000 pounds. Repair, fabrication, and machining... Barney's Pumps is a one-stop shop.

Each of our shop personnel is factory-certified for at least three of our product lines. Whether your emergency occurs during normal hours, or during a holiday weekend, we have people available that can service and support your equipment.

Field Service

Sometimes problems just cannot be handled with a telephone call. When you need that extra help to troubleshoot a system, or just plain manpower to complete the job, our certified technicians can come to you. Our customer service technicians arrive at your site in a boom-truck with the tools to do the job.

Service Contracts and Extended Warranties

Many smaller users do not have the expertise and many large ones are reducing manpower. Our technicians are armed with expert knowledge about our products. Spending a little extra to maintain equipment in tip-top shape makes sense. If you want, we will train you to do the work yourself. If not, we can do it for you, at your site.
